When it comes to mentorship and intergenerational transfer, Michael is the best of the best, the cream of the crop. As our Engagement Manager, he plays a vital role in ensuring every fellow has a meaningful, impactful, and life changing experience within the program. Known for his “24 hour policy,” Michael makes himself available to fellows no matter the time or circumstance, always showing up with wisdom, encouragement, accountability, and genuine care. His dedication goes far beyond a title; he embodies what true mentorship looks like through his consistency, selflessness, and heart for young people. Michael’s ability to build trust, inspire growth, and create lasting relationships has made an immeasurable impact on countless fellows, and we are honored to celebrate and recognize him for his extraordinary service and commitment to the mission of MKE Fellows.
