Mentor Highlight: Donald Dantzler

As the former Mentor Engagement Lead for the Milwaukee Fellows, Donald played a vital role in shaping the mentoring experience for countless fellows by recruiting, developing, and supporting mentors who invested in their personal and professional growth. His commitment to excellence and passion for empowering others helped establish a mentoring culture that continues to positively impact fellows long after completing the program. Beyond the Milwaukee Fellows, Donald has distinguished himself as an educator, researcher, and civic leader, dedicating his career to advancing education, strengthening communities, and developing future leaders.
