Ethan Hightire

Ethan Hightire was born to a family of artists in many fields. His mother, Lisa, grew up with an extensive culinary background through her family-owned catering company, aptly named The Catering Company. His father, Leemanuel, has held a passion for music since his teenage years and has been working on and releasing independent music throughout his life.

From writing comic books and stories as a child, to basketball as an adolescent, to music in his teenage years, Ethan has followed a number of passions, but it’s in acting where he’s applied discipline in his time as a young adult.

Early into his career, COVID-19 forced the arts to think differently about how to produce and cultivate a community. This, of course, did not stop Ethan. Cultivating a relationship with the Milwaukee Repertory Theater ultimately led to him deciding his career path would involve a higher education​. Sunday, December 21, 2025, proudly walked the stage with his Bachelors in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
