Mentor Highlight: David Crowley

This month, we proudly recognize David Crowley as our Mentor Highlight for his dedication to the MKE Fellows and the young men he has faithfully served through mentorship over the years. Despite the demands of his leadership roles, from serving as a State Representative to now leading Milwaukee County as County Executive—David has consistently made time to ensure that his mentees feel valued, appreciated, and supported. His mentorship is marked by intentionality, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to understanding the unique needs and concerns of each young man entrusted to his care. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, he personalizes his guidance, creating meaningful connections that foster growth, confidence, and success. His longstanding love for community, passion for impartation, and relentless pursuit of making a lasting impact set him apart as an exceptional mentor and leader.
