Giving Isn’t Seasonal

Annually, we celebrate an initiative we call "12 Days of Christmas in July" (OUR INITIATIVES | Alive Inc), where we give back and participate in the goodness happening all over the city. Since its inception, we have established 14 principal gifts like Collaboration, Community, Exploration, Exposure, Fellowship, Healthy Living, Leadership, Learning, Mentorship, Reinvestment, Relationships, Service, Sisterhood and Sportsmanship.

From honoring our veterans as our nation celebrated 250 Years of Independence to expanding the knowledge of students through STEM, Leadership and Professional Development. Or creating opportunities to enhance our social and physical health, the impact lasts far beyond 12 individual days. Yearly, we reaffirm the 12 Days Project’s principal objective of connecting in Friendship with each other to make a meaningful and demonstrable difference in the lives of people in the City of Milwaukee.
